Payment Solutions for your webshop

Providing support for good payment options are an important part of e-commerce. In addition to supporting most suppliers we are also trying to look at the big picture and create a good combination of payment and flow of on line payment.

What can you do?

The customer places his order. You then decide how you want the customer to pay. The system supports  most payment types on the market. You as webshop administer activates the payment methods that you want in your webshop. The most common ways is advance payment, credit card payment and invoice handling. You can (with the service "Locks and Keys") decide which payment options that the various customer categories (Private / Corporate / Government) will have access to.

Payment in advance

For prepay, customer gets information about where and how to pay for their order.
You can add different credit card payment services within the administration of your webshop.You must however have an agreement with the credit card payment service provider (see list). This agreement you will have to arrange yourself, but we can in some cases help you to add codes, when the contract is closed.

Invoice (credit)

For Invoices (credit), there are some different approaches, depending on the ERP or accounting system you use.

There are basically 3 categories:

1. You take care of the billing yourself (in your own program).

At higher volumes, we recommend an automatic orders transfer of information (ie to Visma ADMIN).

2. You outsource the billing with an automatic routine from the system.

If you do not have an ERP, but still want to provide invoices, we have connections to various suppliers (see list) who can help you with the entire invoice management mailings, reminder and Ledger.

3. You sell the invoice directly with an automated routine from the system.

You hire a vendor who buys your invoices against an in advance agreed price. This may slightly highten your cost but reduces a lot of risks.

If you wish to provide a payment option from one of our partners in your webshop you have to make an agreement with one of these companies.
